1、平台能力建设与推广：梳理、规划并落地运营平台多项能力建设，包括平台运营、团队推广、用户体验收集及反馈分析等； 2、平台需求对接与优化：负责团队内外平台需求对接，结合运营经验识别流程效率瓶颈，输出优化方案并推动功能迭代及体验提升； 3、激励增长产品运营：负责国际地区激励产品运营，为核心增长指标负责，涵盖激励运营、增长营销、本地化、用户体验等方向； 4、跨团队协作与项目推进：协同产品、技术、数据等团队，推动项目高效落地并确保方案执行到位。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、英语能力强，可作为工作语言，具备日语能力或海外经历者优先；有平台运营或产品运营相关经验优先； 3、能独立完成从问题表现&数据表象到根因的剖析，定位问题并推进解决，具备较强的数据理解与分析能力； 4、具备体系化工作能力，思路清晰、逻辑性强，高效且目标感强；具备良好的跨部门沟通、项目管理、团队协作和业务推动能力； 5、熟悉数据分析工具，善于使用AI工具者优先。
