1、模型全生命周期管理：设计中心化资产仓库，实现安全模型、基础模型等各类模型的注册、版本控制与追踪；梳理从训练、评估到部署、下线的全流程，保障链路可追溯与合规性； 2、大模型与Prompt Engineering支持：搭建基于基座大模型的Prompt管理工具，支持模板版本控制、A/B测试及协同编辑；设计基础模型在特定业务场景下的对齐流程工作流； 3、数据平台与链路编排：提供可视化/配置化界面，支撑用户搭建、管理数据清洗与预处理链路；构建强大数据集管理能力，实现版本回滚、血缘追踪及训练与评估数据隔离； 4、评估与质量保障：设计标准化自动化评估框架，支持模型与Prompt基于“金标准数据集”自动跑分并生成质量报告；提供负面案例分析工具，助力算法团队迭代提升模型准确率。

1、5年以上数据平台、AI基础设施或开发者工具方向产品经理经验； 2、扎实理解AI开发全工作流（数据准备→训练→评估→服务化），熟悉大语言模型（LLM）概念及提示词（Prompt）工程； 3、具备数据管理类产品设计经验，熟悉数据清洗逻辑、标注工作流及数据集版本控制概念； 4、具备战略思维，可将复杂技术需求抽象为可扩展平台产品，而非单纯交付项目制功能； 5、中英文流利，可顺畅开展跨团队沟通协作。

加分项 1、拥有安全与信任、内容质量把控或风控领域相关经验； 2、具备搭建支持模型训练或数据处理（如Spark、Hadoop生态）平台的实操经验； 3、拥抱AI原生工作流，具备Vibe Coding经验； 4、计算机科学或工程相关专业背景。
