1、根据数据制定治理策略，确保国际化生活服务达人与内容生态系统的合规、信任和健康； 2、与算法团队紧密合作，建设模型策略和体系，提升自动识别及处置能力，确保风险识别的准确性和效率，通过LLM及GPT能力，提升模型建设的效率，根据数据和用户反馈分析识别与模型相关的问题，制定具体的治理策略，与职能团队协作并采取措施，强化生态系统建设； 3、通过平衡并促进合法达人和业务的增长管理风险，与利益相关方合作，了解本生活服务达人和业务的痛点与挑战，制定并实施策略，在做好风险控制的同时，确保良好的达人和业务体验； 4、建立数据监控基建，通过调查形式监控达人内容生态的风险及健康状况，巡检案例以确保识别及执行的准确性，及时应对突发事件并根据需要开展临时调查。

1、本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、工程、数据分析等专业优先； 2、治理体验项目经验，熟悉O2O、本地服务、电子商务、战略咨询、运营管理、内容风险、卖家风险、卖家运营等领域者优先，如商户风险、O2O或信任和安全项目经历； 3、拥有模型建设及策略的经验，拥有最新的LLM培训方法优先； 4、较强数据分析能力，熟练使用查询和分析工具并进行数据分析（SQL，Python）优先； 5、拥有战略思维、项目管理和沟通能力，能够进行跨团队沟通，管理并推动复杂项目； 6、积极主动，具备自主驱动力，能够按优先级处理事务；优秀的英语口语和书面能力，包括以书面形式制定和沟通复杂的策略。
