1、负责TikTok Live国际化直播的流量诊断和流量管理，搭建和优化流量平台，决定平台流量在多地区、多业务团队之间的合理分配，以平台长期价值（用户LT与平台Revenue）最大化为目标； 2、策略角度，搭建多种有效的主播和工会流量激励工具，定义不同流量激励工具的价值和规范、定义合理的激励流量quota、优化激励流量的完成度和价值深度；完成从主播流量诊断、机制设计、策略落地、效果评估的完整闭环； 3、平台角度，协同研发、算法、运营、设计等团队，独立负责流量平台的产品能力迭代，提升运营团队使用激励工具的易用性和规范性，并进行全球各地区团队的培训、推广使用； 4、设计客观可复盘的策略评估体系，明确每一项策略的收益来源；持续关注并挖掘各功能模块的效率及逻辑优化，能不断进行产品模式创新与业务迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上产品经验，深入理解内容推荐流程及基本原理，有内容策略、推荐分法等策略产品经验、算法技术经验者及计算机学科背景优先； 2、逻辑清晰，有责任感和目标感，对所负责方向有明确、合理的拆解思路和运营规划，能自驱目标达成； 3、数据思维强，有扎实良好的数据分析能力，能制定负责方向的整体数据评估逻辑和评估指标； 4、良好的英文沟通协作和项目管理能力，有韧性，有国际化学习或工作经历者优先。
