1、搭建并维护绩效仪表盘、报告视图和定期分析机制，追踪供应商在质量、生产效率、服务水平协议（SLA）、成本、风险及整体运营健康度等方面的交付表现；标准化报告流程、指标定义及分析框架，提高供应商治理的透明度和一致性； 2、使用SQL和分析工具分析绩效趋势，识别指标变化背后的根本原因，并将分析结果转化为可支持业务决策的洞察；根据数据分析结果制定结构化的绩效改进计划，包括问题诊断、行动追踪、负责人对齐及后续跟进机制； 3、定期开展供应商绩效回顾，向内部业务团队和外部合作伙伴说明相关风险、优化机会及建议行动计划；通过评估不同站点、业务线或地区供应商的能力、交付稳定性、运营风险及改进机会，为供应商管理策略提供支持； 4、与业务利益相关方紧密合作，了解运营重点、定义成功指标，并确保供应商绩效分析能够有效支持业务决策；与供应商管理团队、运营团队、采购、财务及其他跨职能团队合作，提升服务交付、治理水平及执行规范。

1、商业分析、数据科学、统计学、经济学、运营管理、工程学或相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、具备供应商管理分析、合作伙伴运营、业务运营、绩效分析、策略运营或类似分析型运营岗位的工作经验，熟悉供应商管理相关原则，包括绩效治理、关键绩效指标（KPI）管理、风险追踪、改进计划及业务回顾机制； 3、具备扎实的SQL能力，能够独立完成数据提取、清洗、连接及分析； 4、具备使用Tableau、Power BI、Looker、Superset、Excel或类似商业智能平台搭建绩效仪表盘或自动化报告的经验； 5、具备绩效分析相关经验，包括指标监控、趋势诊断、根本原因分析及绩效改进建议制定； 6、具备良好的英语沟通能力及较强的利益相关方管理能力，能够有效协同业务团队、跨职能合作伙伴及外部供应商。

加分项 1、具备BPO、数据标注、内容运营、信任与安全、搜索运营、客户运营或其他外包服务环境的相关经验； 2、能够将运营指标与业务影响相结合，并面向技术及非技术利益相关方清晰说明分析结果； 3、具备设计供应商评分卡、绩效回顾材料、管理层仪表盘或治理报告的经验； 4、具备较强的问题解决能力，能够将分析洞察转化为具体行动、负责人、时间节点及可衡量的成果； 5、能够适应存在不确定性的工作环境，并灵活应对优先级、数据集及利益相关方需求的快速变化。
