1、业务场景理解与需求抽象： 1）对接TikTok内部业务线，理解其商业模式、用户路径、交易结构、资金流、结算规则和合规诉求； 2）从具体业务需求中抽象出可复用的通用use案例，识别多个业务线之间的共性资金服务模式； 3）将业务语言转化为Money Platform可承接的产品能力模型和端到端解决方案； 2、Use案例级产品设计： 1）基于catalog、purchase、clearing&settlement、payout、wallet、tax等模块能力，设计完整的资金服务流； 2）定义标准use案例产品包，包括适用场景、能力边界、接入方式、配置项、依赖模块、异常处理和运营流程； 3）将一次性项目方案沉淀为可复用产品能力，提升后续同类业务接入效率； 3、跨模块产品集成与落地推动： 1）协同各资金模块产品、研发、风控、财税、法务合规等团队，推动端到端方案落地； 2）明确跨模块职责边界、接口依赖、数据流、资金流和系统交互关系； 3）识别方案落地中的关键风险、阻塞点和交付依赖，推动问题闭环； 4、解决方案输出与业务线支持： 1）为业务线提供Money Platform产品解决方案，包括能力匹配、方案选型、接入路径和落地计划； 2）输出标准化方案文档、接入说明、产品边界说明和内部决策材料； 3）在业务评审、方案评审和项目启动阶段，代表Money Platform提供专业判断和产品方案输入； 5、平台化与标准化建设： 1）建立Money Platform use案例产品库，持续沉淀标准行业方案和标准资金服务流； 2）推动高频能力配置化、模板化和产品化，降低重复定制和临时组装比例； 3）通过方案复用、流程标准化和能力沉淀，提升Money Platform对业务线的响应速度和交付质量。

1、行业与专业背景： 1）具备支付、金融科技、交易平台、钱包、清结算、跨境支付或企业金融服务平台相关经验； 2）熟悉跨境支付运作机制和底层逻辑，包括支付通道、收单、清分、结算、打款、钱包、税务或合规流程中的至少多个环节； 3）理解资金链路中的账户体系、订单体系、交易状态、结算周期、币种、汇率、税务与对账等关键概念； 2、产品与方案能力： 1）具备强产品思维，能够从用户视角识别真实问题，并抽象出通用产品方案； 2）有能力将复杂业务场景拆解为清晰的产品架构、模块组合、流程设计和能力边界； 3）能够设计端到端产品方案，而不只是进行需求转述或单点功能拆解； 3、跨系统集成经验： 1）有跨模块、跨系统或平台级产品集成经验，熟悉复杂系统之间的能力编排、接口协作和依赖管理； 2）能够在多个产品模块之间建立统一方案，处理职责边界、流程断点、异常状态和数据一致性问题； 3）对平台化、标准化、配置化产品建设有实际经验或深刻理解； 4、协同与推动能力： 1）能够与业务、产品、研发、运营、财税、风控、法务合规等多角色高效协作； 2）具备较强的结构化表达和方案文档能力，能够输出清晰、可执行、可复用的产品方案； 3）能够在信息不完整、依赖复杂的环境中推动决策和落地。
