1、负责智能投放策略产品团队的目标拆解、策略架构、路径规划和团队管理，带领团队达成增长目标； 2、通过素材、人群、出价、预算等手段，优化投放策略，推进产品及算法不断迭代； 3、研究国际媒体能力、区域市场特性、产品广告主投放策略、AI应用空间等，明确长期增长空间和路径； 4、协调内外部资源，保证复杂项目高效运转，把控产品上线质量和实际落地效果。

1、具备增长、商业化、效果广告、投放相关领域经验，对投放买量有深刻理解； 2、具备复杂产品从0到1、1到100的规划与落地能力，产品抽象能力强，目标导向明确，结果交付能力突出； 3、具备产品团队管理经验，可独立完成目标拆解、人才培养及复杂组织协同工作； 4、英文可作为工作语言者优先。
