1、负责内容推荐策略方向的产品规划与策略设计，围绕用户增长、内容消费、互动转化、内容生态健康等目标，持续提升推荐系统效果； 2、深入理解推荐系统链路，包括召回、粗排、精排、重排、冷启动、多样性、探索利用、负反馈、内容分发机制等模块，与算法、工程、数据及内容生态、审核、增长、商业化等团队协作，推进策略落地并平衡用户体验、内容供给、社区生态和业务增长之间的关系； 3、负责推荐场景下的用户体验优化，包括新用户冷启动、兴趣建模、内容画风控制、低质内容治理、重复推荐、作者/内容多样性、兴趣圈层发现等问题； 4、建立推荐策略指标体系，拆解北极星指标、结果指标、过程指标和围栏指标，设计实验方案并推动A/B实验验证，基于数据分析、用户行为、内容理解和业务目标发现推荐链路中的核心问题，提出策略假设、设计解决方案并持续迭代优化； 5、关注行业内推荐系统、内容社区、信息流产品的发展趋势，能够将先进经验转化为适合业务场景的产品策略。

1、5年+互联网产品经验，其中至少3年以上推荐策略、信息流、内容分发、广告策略或增长策略相关经验； 2、熟悉推荐系统基本机制，理解召回、排序、特征、Embedding、用户画像、内容画像、冷启动、A/B实验等概念，能够与算法团队高效沟通； 3、具备较强的数据分析能力，能够熟练使用SQL，能够通过数据发现问题、验证假设、评估策略效果； 4、对内容社区、UGC平台、信息流产品有深入理解，能理解用户消费、互动、发布、留存、社区氛围之间的关系； 5、具备优秀的问题拆解能力和产品判断力，能将复杂业务问题转化为清晰的策略目标、指标体系和可落地方案，同时具备用户同理心，关注指标提升及长期用户体验和内容生态健康； 6、有较强的跨团队协作能力，能够推动算法、工程、数据、运营、审核等多方协同落地。
