1、支持内容理解模型的训练，包括样本标注、抽检评估、人员培训与沟通、标准优化、和上下游协作方沟通等； 2、定期监控站内高热内容，及时发现生态问题，对优质内容进行筛选与特征提炼； 3、熟悉TikTok内容生态，能够通过数据和内容分析，挖掘优质内容； 4、对AI工具产出的结果进行评测，撰写并优化Prompt以提高模型的实际应用效果。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、良好的内容理解能力，逻辑清晰，过往有至少一份实习经验（内容/产品运营相关实习经验优先），具备Prompt撰写/AI实践项目经验者优先； 3、优秀的沟通协作能力，自驱力和执行力强，工作投入度高； 4、每周能保证实习5天，实习时间不低于6个月。
