1、自动化标注性能监控与问题分析：负责自动化标注项目的监控与日常运营，追踪关键性能指标，基于验证集、抽样数据及线上结果进行案例研究与根因分析（RCA），识别影响模型性能与稳定性的关键问题，并推动问题闭环解决； 2、标注智能体流程与策略优化：深入理解端到端的自动化标注智能体工作流程，发现策略设计中的不足，提出可执行的优化方案，并协同相关团队完成实验验证与策略迭代； 3、实验设计与效果评估：与数据科学、算法及其他跨职能团队合作，参与实验设计与分析；定义评估指标与分析路径，支持对实验结果进行结构化解读，推动基于数据的问题解决； 4、跨项目知识复用与方法论建设：结合多个自动化标注项目的实践经验，识别不同业务场景中的共性挑战与解决模式，推动工作流程、分析方法或运营机制的标准化和复用。

1、统计学、计算机科学、人工智能等相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上AI/LLM/自动化系统运营、评估或部署经验； 2、深入理解模型能力、局限性与应用场景；有内容安全/信任与安全背景者优先； 3、熟悉SQL/Python；具备较强的数据分析能力，能基于指标趋势拆解问题、驱动决策，熟悉实验评估方法； 4、能快速理解技术概念，高效协同算法、工程、产品团队； 5、学习能力强，能快速掌握新AI能力与业务知识。
