1、本科及以上学历，英语听说读写能力优秀，能以英语为主要工作语言； 2、1年以上内容生态/内容治理/内容策略相关经验；具备内容标注、内容分析或内容运营经验者优先； 3、对国际化内容与多元文化具有真实的敏感度，能在没有标准答案的情况下做出有原则、有逻辑的政策判断； 4、逻辑分析与文字表达能力强，善于将复杂问题抽象为清晰的规则框架；具备利用AI工具辅助政策分析、案例研究等工作的经验或意愿； 5、原则性强，自驱力高，具备良好的跨团队沟通协作与项目管理能力；热爱内容行业，对创作者公平与用户体验有自己的理解和判断。
