1、设计并开发培训课程与材料：包括新员工入职培训、销售技能提升、产品知识、行业洞察、商家运营方法和管理者赋能课程，开发维护课程大纲、讲师手册、演练案例、角色扮演脚本、销售话术、知识测验和训后行动计划； 2、沉淀销售场景标准化内容并推动项目规模化：围绕本地SMB与重点商家的销售场景，沉淀商家获取、需求诊断、方案提案、谈判推进、商家上线、早期激活和长期增长的标准化培训内容，搭建可复用的销售赋能资源库，支持不同市场、城市或团队快速复制高质量培训； 3、识别能力差距并与团队协作制定培训计划：与销售负责人和业务运营团队合作，识别销售团队在商机挖掘、目标达成、产品采纳、商家留存和跨团队协作中的能力差距，与产品、运营、商家成功和区域团队保持信息同步，将业务策略、产品更新、市场变化和优秀销售实践快速转化为培训内容，制定培训计划； 4、组织线上线下培训并确保落地：结合工作坊、案例复盘、实战演练、认证考试和辅导机制，确保培训内容能落到实际销售行为； 5、建立培训效果评估机制：追踪培训完成率、考试通过率、销售行为改善、商家启用效率、产品采纳率和团队业绩变化。
