1、3年以上产品经理经验，至少1年产品团队管理经验； 2、本科及以上学历，以用户为中心，好奇心强，动手能力强，并关注最终效果； 3、逻辑清晰，喜欢分析事物本质，抽丝剥茧，探索需求背后的机会，寻求系统性解决方案； 4、社交与直播重度用户为佳，对社交产品、游戏化等产品的突破和演进有较大的热情； 5、强自驱，有创业精神，既能深入一线挖掘需求解决问题，也能从全局视角寻求多赢； 6、对AI技术有深入理解，熟悉自然语言处理、图像识别等AI技术在产品中的应用场景，有AI产品设计经验者优先。
