1、负责TikTok国际化电商用户增长和GMV提升，以国际化大媒体渠道投放为核心手段，对新客、付费用户、GMV、ROI等指标负责； 2、基于业务目标制定短中长期投放规划，完成目标拆解与策略落地，持续沉淀投放方法论，同时持续关注行业趋势及产品动态，输出前瞻性投放建议； 3、从全链路（曝光—点击—访问—加购—购买）分析转化表现，识别问题并制定优化策略，提高投放效率与ROI； 4、推动投放相关能力建设，包括数据监测、素材策略、批量投放工具与自动化能力等，提升多国家/多平台的投放效率； 5、针对不同品类/价格带/市场阶段制定差异化投放打法，并与产品、技术、运营团队合作推进投放工具与策略的迭代。

1、3年以上增长/投放/效果广告相关经验，熟悉国际化大媒体主流广告平台；有电商投放经验优先； 2、具备制定系统化投放策略的能力，能够针对不同用户行为、市场特性产出有效打法； 3、优秀的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel/可视化工具（懂SQL更佳），能基于数据诊断并优化投放策略； 4、深刻理解主流投放模型（例如OCPM、tROAS、TCPA）与用户转化漏斗，具备实际ROI优化经验； 5、具备强沟通协作与项目推进能力，可跨团队推动策略落地，具备良好的中英文沟通能力； 6、自驱力强、逻辑清晰，能够拆解复杂问题并在多国家投放场景中持续优化。
