1、具备5年以上Game/App应用效果广告相关经验，对竞价机制和流量策略有深入的了解； 2、具备流利的中英文沟通能力，可以处理跨文化跨区域协作场景； 3、拥有突出的数据分析和逻辑能力，以及敏锐的用户洞察力，可拆解复杂问题并定义目标达成路径； 4、拥有跨团队协作和项目管理能力，善于沟通合作，可以在与产品研发和销售等团队协作场景中展现领导力； 5、具备高度的业务责任心和主人翁意识，主动与协作团队密切协作，明确业务诉求优先级，并达成业务目标。
