1、负责日本市场APP Ads效果广告产品的Go-To-Market策略制定，把控和监督各阶段执行流程落地，确保策略及产品顺利上线和推广； 2、基于日本市场业务目标和广告主需求，制定面向重点垂直行业的产品增长策略，推动产品使用、客户接受度及业务结果的持续提升； 3、通过数据分析、产品测试、市场研究及广告主洞察，识别业务增长机会，准确把控产品上线节奏和市场预期，有效解决产品在各阶段出现的问题； 4、对广告产品在日本市场的效果监控负责，通过定义清晰有效的监控指标，对产品表现、采用效率及业务影响进行持续性评估； 5、通过与销售、运营、产品团队的密切合作，推动产品策略和上市推广计划落地，促进长期增长目标和业务目标的达成； 6、通过培训、销售赋能及产品营销材料建设，赋能内外部合作伙伴，提升各方对于产品的理解和认知，促进产品在日本市场的规模化使用。

1、本科及以上学历，具备5年以上App效果广告、产品策略、产品营销或数字广告相关经验，对效果广告业务增长和Go-To-Market体系有深入理解； 2、具备扎实的数据分析和逻辑判断能力，能够基于数据洞察、实验验证和市场反馈拆解复杂问题，并制定清晰可执行的增长策略； 3、具备较强的商业敏感度和市场洞察力，熟悉广告主业务目标、数字营销生态及行业发展趋势，能够识别重点垂直行业中的增长机会； 4、具备出色的跨团队协作和项目管理能力，能够在与销售、运营、产品及产品运营等团队协作场景中推动多方对齐并达成目标； 5、具备优秀的战略思维、优先级判断和问题解决能力，能够在快速变化和不确定性较高的环境中独立推进工作； 6、英语和日语流利，能够高效支持日本市场客户及内部相关方协作，并适应跨文化、跨团队的工作场景。
