1、与各市场reseller partner定期开展业务复盘，比较市场表现，明确目标差距、问题根因、行动计划与责任人； 2、在无直接管理权的情况下，承担代理商侧团队的实际经营管理角色，对齐战略方向、工作节奏、重点事项与结果预期； 3、推动reseller侧team lead的目标设定、结果跟踪、问题诊断与绩效改进，识别合作伙伴能力短板，并制定可落地的提升方案； 4、对关键客户策略、复杂商务问题、重大升级事项及跨市场资源冲突亲自介入，推动收入机会落地； 5、市场洞察与跨团队协作： 1）建立对四个市场数字广告生态、重点行业、竞争态势和客户需求的持续洞察，并将洞察转化为经营动作； 2）与Strategy、Finance、Legal、Product、市场营销等团队协同，推动重点项目与deal顺利落地，确保执行符合政策与流程要求； 3）识别各市场在商业模式、合同结构、合规要求和运营流程上的差异，提前管理依赖与风险。

1、具备扎实的战略分析与商业运营能力，有战略咨询、公司战略、区域经营或同类岗位经验；能够分析复杂业务并搭建中长期框架； 2、有end-to-end承担业务结果的经历，包括收入、增长、市场份额或客户规模等指标；本科学历及以上，5年以上战略分析、商业运营、区域管理或数字广告相关经验，MBA或高级学位加分； 3、具备较强的商业判断力和资源配置能力，能够把业务目标转化为执行动作，并在多个市场和优先事项之间做出清晰取舍； 4、具备出色的跨文化沟通与跨团队推动能力，能够在无直接汇报线的情况下驱动不同市场、职能和合作伙伴达成目标； 5、具备较强的数据分析能力，能建立跨市场可比口径并从复杂、零散的数据中定位问题与机会；熟练使用Excel/Sheets，熟悉BI工具者优先； 6、主动性强，能够在信息不完整、市场差异显著及流程仍在搭建的环境中推进问题解决；中文与英语可作为工作语言，能够适应多市场、多时区协作。
