1、基于业务目标，制定TikTok线索类广告产品的策略、梳理业务优先级及产出重点运营策略； 2、深入客户，理解出行/汽车/金融等线索市场重点客户的生意模式、投放目标、效果度量、营销痛点等，提供对应的产品解决方案； 3、针对业务场景，通过市场调研、产品反馈、媒体研究等，协同产品团队推动产品优化； 4、协同销售、产品、客户运营等团队推进产品GTM及市场教育，促进收入目标达成； 5、基于业务及产品目标，进行线索广告及运营的方法论建设、指标体系搭建、业务分析监控等规模化覆盖机制。

1、具备5年以上线索类应用效果广告相关经验，北美地区经验优先； 2、对线索广告的投放、度量有实操经验，对竞价机制和流量策略有深入的了解，理解国际化主流CRM/度量/归因平台； 3、数据敏感、注重逻辑，可以独立完成业务/产品机会点等分析； 4、拥有跨团队协作和项目管理能力，善于沟通合作，可以在与产品研发、销售、客户的协作场景中展现领导力； 5、中英文流利，均可作为工作语言，无障碍与国际化客户/代理商熟练交流。
