1、基于业务目标，制定品牌产品（硬广、竞价、达人、IP资源）策略、梳理业务优先级及产出重点运营策略； 2、深入客户，理解当地市场重点客户的需求、目标、营销痛点，提供对应的产品解决方案； 3、针对业务场景，通过市场调研、产品反馈收集，协同产品团队推动产品优化； 4、协同销售、市场、产品、客户运营等团队推进产品GTM及市场教育，促进收入目标达成； 5、基于业务及产品目标，进行品牌方法论建设、指标体系搭建、业务分析监控等规模化覆盖机制。

1、国际化学习/教育经验，深入理解国际化文化、品牌传播、消费习惯； 2、3年及以上国际化或国际品牌品牌产品运营/媒介策略/市场研究及咨询相关工作经验，日本/澳洲地区经验优先； 3、熟悉主流产品，如品牌广告、竞价广告、创意生态等，具备互联网平台投放经验优先； 4、数据敏感、注重逻辑，可以独立完成业务/产品机会点等分析； 5、具备成熟的项目管理经验，能主导复杂项目沟通以及结果呈现，具备跨国家市场项目经验者优先； 6、中英文流利，均可熟练作为工作语言，无障碍与国际化客户/团队熟练交流。
