1、策略落地与上线推动：对接全球产品策略、AI运营、数据团队，理解产品路线图和业务目标，把策略转化为各区域可执行的落地方案（含适用市场、里程碑、负责人、培训材料、风险、衡量方式），统筹各区域的产品、功能上线和赋能，提供playbook、培训、使用案例和升级路径，同时支持本地化适配； 2、反馈与数据对齐：建立结构化的区域反馈收集和优先级机制，汇总共性问题，推动决策和闭环，和全球、区域数据团队对齐指标定义、报表需求，把跨区域数据洞察转化为行动和优先级； 3、AI应用：识别高价值的AI提效场景，和AI产品团队合作推进试点、测试和推广，提升团队效率和产出质量； 4、机制建设与进度追踪：搭建可复用的运营机制和知识体系，包括规划模板、上线checklist、业务复盘模板、需求台账、playbook和最佳实践库，跟踪上线准备度、采用率、执行进展、风险和结果，向全球运营管理层和跨部门伙伴输出洞察和建议。

1、本科学历，战略/产品/增长/商业运营或项目管理经验； 2、有总部/全球角色经验，服务过多区域市场，能推动跨职能跨国项目落地； 3、结构化思维和数据分析能力强，中英文流利。
