1、负责国际电商商品治理核心算法的设计与迭代，解决禁限售、类目错放、虚假及违规信息、低质商品等问题，对治理业务核心指标负责； 2、面向商品多源信息，建设文本、视觉及多模态理解模型，提升复杂场景和长尾风险的识别能力； 3、探索并落地多模态大模型、视觉语言模型、RAG、弱监督、半监督、少样本学习及模型蒸馏等技术，建立从风险发现、数据生产、模型训练到线上评估的完整闭环； 4、结合商品、商家、内容和交易等信息，建设多对象、多阶段的协同治理体系，提升风险识别、归因和处置能力； 5、负责或参与关键技术方向规划，解决大规模训练、跨市场泛化、线上稳定性等问题，并推动算法能力在多个国家和业务场景中落地； 6、与产品、策略、运营、审核及工程团队协作，将复杂治理问题转化为可衡量、可迭代的算法方案。

1、计算机、人工智能、自动化、数学或相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、在计算机视觉、自然语言处理、多模态学习或大模型方向具备扎实的理论基础和丰富的项目经验，深入掌握至少一个方向； 3、具备较强的业务问题抽象能力，能够从业务目标出发完成数据分析、方案设计、模型训练、离线评估、线上实验和效果复盘； 4、熟练使用PyTorch等深度学习框架，具备大规模模型训练和线上部署经验，理解分布式训练、混合精度、模型压缩、推理加速及服务稳定性优化； 5、具备良好的编码、数据处理和实验分析能力，能够独立定位模型效果及线上指标问题； 6、具备良好的沟通和跨团队推动能力，能够拆解复杂问题并推动方案持续落地。
