1、基于业务战略，针对业务经营策略和阶段性的业务目标，负责专项分析工作，通过挖掘海量电商业务数据中用户行为偏好、商品竞争力、内容达人生态、行业趋势等方向的特征，发现业务潜在问题或机会点，输出专业的分析报告，为策略落地提供数据科学支持与商业洞察，支撑业务策略制定和决策; 2、基于对业务模式与经营策略的理解，负责设计和搭建业务核心日报、周报、月报经营指标体系和监控产品，与合作方协作推动数据产品落地，为业务日常运营和分析提供产品化、系统化的解决方案； 3、负责梳理核心指标定义与计算逻辑，制定数据标准与规范，提升团队数据分析效率与数据质量； 4、负责AB实验的设计和管理，确保实验设计科学合理，符合业务目标与统计显著性要求，推动AB实验成果落地，输出实验结论报告； 5、负责数据准备、特征工程等工作，为平台商业决策提供量化依据，推动平台商业目标达成。

1、本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机科学与技术、数据科学、经济学、金融学、市场营销等相关专业优先; 2、1-3年电商平台或行业数据分析相关工作经验，有数据科学、商业分析专项经验者优先；熟悉电商业务逻辑（如用户运营、商品运营、营销活动、供应链管理等）者加分； 3、拥有流利的英文听说读写能力。
