1、分析和迭代重点营销频道的运营策略，明确关键运营指标和相应目标，优化货盘结构和货品汰换/议价机制，提升招商效率和质量，并联动营销、UG、搜推等团队不断丰富频道营销玩法、迭代补贴策略和流量机制，持续放大频道对大盘和商城业绩指标的贡献； 2、分析和迭代大促商城运营策略，明确关键运营指标和相应目标，从流量、补贴、用户、货盘、资源位等维度识别影响商城爆发的关键因素和提升路径，协同各资源方放大商城大促货盘影响力； 3、围绕频道和大促的招商覆盖、补贴和流量效率、货盘/商家/行业诊断等方向完善看数体系和自动化链路，开展定期复盘、专项分析与Ad-hoc分析，输出可落地的业务洞察与决策建议； 4、联动产品、搜推、营销、数据、开发等相关团队，挖掘用户、商家、商品等维度在商城的高价值特征，搭建并持续完善标签体系和指标监控体系，支持业务增长与数据资产建设。

1、本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机、经济学等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握至少一种数据库工具或查询语言，如Hive、MySQL等，具备海量数据处理与分析能力；掌握常用数据分析方法，能够独立完成分析建模与结果验证； 3、熟悉Excel、Tableau或其他常用数据分析与可视化工具，能够高效完成数据整理、分析和展示； 4、具备数据分析经验，有用户增长、营销分析、商业分析经验者优先。
