日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、广告与预算管理：对接财务与外部机构，统筹东南亚区域广告预算管控、账单核对与数据校准，完成预算落地全链路工作，同步开展ROI数据分析，对接外部机构推进结算落地，梳理流程细节，助力内广投放链路提效； 2、内广运维与流量管理：广告资源审核与运维，把控预算合理性，跟进全流程落地，依托数据看板进行统计分析，协助开展平台品牌流量分配工作，完成月度复盘，沉淀数据经验，输出链路优化、提效相关策略； 3、资源管理与大促活动落地：国际化东南亚区域营销资源位的统筹管理、全程跟进大型电商活动资源落地，参与活动流量入口搭建与投放跟进，梳理输出营销触达SOP&复盘； 4、超额补助数据分析与策略复盘：平台补贴资源的数据整理与双周效率复盘，梳理各类补贴项目策略、预算与落地效果，协助复盘投放问题、分析资源利用效率，针对性协助优化平台补贴策略； 5、业务分析与策略支持：跟踪指标，开展投入产出分析，识别指标变化及原因，支持日常经营复盘，参与业务实验评估与用户分层分析，协助输出分析报告及优化建议，为资源配置和业务策略优化提供数据支持。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周可出勤4-5天，实习期不短于4个月；需要较强的责任心，耐心，注意细节； 3、可熟练使用SQL和Office工具（尤其Excel），对电商行业有基础理解； 4、英文熟练，具有良好的适应性； 5、有咨询公司、实习经验优先。
