1、制定服务商管理及支持机制，主导服务商日常管理（涵盖TSP/服务商Score提升，GMV业绩管理，商业服务匹配，项目执行等），保障服务商日常运营顺畅，推动OKR目标达成； 2、分析服务指标，明确服务商能力现状，制定改进方向并定期复盘，总结输出业务方法论； 3、持续为服务商提供支持与培训，分析其团队结构、运营人员效率等，结合业务发展规划给出合理建议，组织实施技能培训与赋能，增强服务商实战能力； 4、监控各行业商家发展动态，积极帮助服务商开展商业服务匹配工作，辅助方式包括但不限于：协助服务商BD线下拓展、线上一对一匹配、举办线上线下对接会、按行业和商家需求提供服务商资料等； 5、在政策、活动、产品、宣传、培训、方法论等方面联动横向部门，以数据驱动和业务分析为突破口，对服务商进行运营管控，实现优质商家与服务商的精准匹配，最终提升平台整体GMV； 6、牵头负责TSP/服务商前台团队业务项目统筹与推进。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上电商行业工作经验，在跨境电商、直播电商、To B企业服务或商家运营领域有相关经历者优先； 2、具备较强的业务开发能力，擅长商务谈判，能独立促成并推进外部合作； 3、拥有数据驱动意识，能通过数据分析在行业趋势、绩效评估、项目执行等方面指导运营工作； 4、适应英语工作环境，有国际化跨文化工作或生活经验者优先。
