1、本科及以上学历； 2、具有电商治理策略或政策制定方面的经验； 3、拥有战略或运营管理咨询、平台治理、信任与安全政策制定及运营管理、电商战略、卖家或产品增长、风险、合规或体验项目等相关领域工作经验； 4、英语流利，可作为工作语言；掌握西班牙语或葡萄牙语以支持美区市场优先； 5、具备出色的利益相关者管理和项目管理技能，能够影响跨职能利益相关者和管理层以实现结果；擅长以通俗易懂的方式解释复杂解决方案，并具备较强的个人影响力；能够在模糊环境中成功应对，可在不断变化的环境中同时处理多个优先事项； 6、有较高的数据敏感度，具备运用数据驱动方法在政策制定、风险发现以及项目设计等方面开展业务分析的丰富经验。
