1、Bonus积分体系与玩法设计：设计并迭代平台级Bonus积分体系（获取、消耗、流通机制）；搭建用户任务体系，设计积分与补贴（优惠券/现金返还/免运费）的兑换与联动机制；构建“行为→积分→激励→再行为”的正循环； 2、用户分层与差异化激励：基于用户生命周期与行为数据进行分层；针对不同人群设计差异化任务与激励策略（任务难度/奖励强度/路径设计）；优化用户参与率与任务完成率； 3、互动玩法与内容场联动：结合短视频/直播/AIGC内容，设计互动玩法（任务挂载、内容引导）；提升用户在内容场的参与深度与转化效率；打通“内容消费→行为触发→积分奖励→电商转化”链路； 4、转化路径与增长效率优化：设计并优化用户路径：参与→积分获取→激励兑换→下单转化；提升关键指标：参与率、转化率、复购率；优化整体用户体验，避免过度复杂或激励失效； 5、数据分析与ROI管理：建立玩法与积分体系评估指标，包括：参与率/任务完成率、转化率/复购率、用户生命周期价值（LTV）、激励成本与ROI；通过A/B测试持续优化玩法机制与激励效率；从平台损益表（P&L）视角优化积分发放与消耗结构； 6、跨团队协同与产品化落地：与产品团队合作，推动积分体系与任务系统产品化；与数据科学团队合作，优化人群定向与激励策略；与运营团队协同，推动玩法在各市场落地；与内容团队联动，放大互动玩法在内容场的分发与效果。

1、3年以上用户增长、用户运营、电商运营或游戏化运营经验，有积分体系、任务系统或互动玩法经验优先； 2、对数据敏感，具备结构化分析能力，熟悉A/B实验与增长评估方法，熟练使用SQL、Excel，能独立完成分析与洞察； 3、有积分体系、任务系统或激励机制设计经验，能将用户行为转化为可持续的激励循环，理解补贴与积分结合对转化的影响； 4、熟悉用户生命周期与分层运营，能设计差异化用户路径与激励策略； 5、能推动产品、数据、内容等多团队协同，在复杂环境中推进项目落地，具备多项目管理与优先级判断能力； 6、能将玩法设计转化为实际增长结果（参与、转化、留存），具备强执行力与持续迭代优化能力，英语流利可作为工作语言，有东南亚市场经验优先。
