1、负责Shopping Tab/Mall频道的策略与运营（类目/主题/活动频道），制定频道定位、目标与供给策略，提升频道GMV与用户留存； 2、搭建频道运营机制：选品与招商规则、频道内容/商品上新节奏、资源位与排序策略协同，提升频道商品覆盖和商品价格力； 3、与产品/算法协作推动频道产品能力迭代（标签、筛选、排序、配置化），把运营需求沉淀为可规模化能力； 4、基于数据洞察进行频道诊断与调优（人群、价格带、供给结构、转化漏斗），形成问题闭环与策略迭代。

1、3年及以上电商平台频道/类目/导购运营经验，熟悉电商货盘、招商策略； 2、具备强数据分析与业务判断能力，能抽象“人货场”匹配策略； 3、具备跨团队协作能力，能驱动产品与算法共同落地； 4、英语可作为工作语言，有欧美市场/跨境经验优先。
