1、牵头制定全球业务中长期售后履约（After-sales Fulfillment）服务策略规划，结合业务发展目标、商家经营旅程、用户体验诉求及行业趋势，搭建覆盖订单履约、物流交付、售后服务、纠纷处理、商家申诉、服务保障等全场景的端到端策略体系，明确服务标准、流程规范、责任边界与考核指标； 2、负责全球售后履约服务质量管控，构建履约与售后质量评估体系，定期分析订单履约、售后处理、服务时效、纠纷率、满意度等核心数据，识别履约链路中的痛点、断点与瓶颈，推动跨部门协同优化，建立“监测—分析—改进—复盘”的全闭环管理机制； 3、主导商家分层（Merchant Tiering）服务策略建设，针对不同经营规模、服务能力、生命周期阶段及风险等级的商家，设计差异化的履约与售后管理方案，优化商家服务体验，降低商家求助与处理成本，提升商家履约能力、售后响应效率及整体满意度； 4、牵头跨部门协同工作，联动产品、运营、物流、客服、风控、商家治理等团队，推动售后履约需求融入产品设计与业务流程优化，解决商家在订单交付、售后处理、纠纷协商、责任判定等跨环节问题，构建稳定、高效的全链路服务支撑体系； 5、持续跟踪电商、零售、生活服务等行业在履约保障、售后服务、商家治理、用户体验管理方面的先进实践，引入标杆方法，组织内部试点与机制优化，推动售后履约服务模式持续升级。

1、本科及以上学历，具备售后策略制定、履约管理、服务运营、商家运营或平台治理相关经验；具备从0到1搭建售后履约策略体系、服务标准或流程机制的项目经验； 2、具备电商、零售、消费品、本地生活、物流履约或平台型业务相关经验，熟悉订单履约、物流交付、售后服务、纠纷处理、商家申诉、服务保障等核心链路； 3、具备系统性思考能力，可结合业务目标、用户体验、商家经营诉求及成本效率，制定科学可行的售后履约策略，擅长从全局视角平衡体验、效率、成本与风险； 4、熟悉售后履约相关业务流程和管理方法，能够围绕履约时效、售后响应、纠纷处理、责任判定、商家服务质量等关键环节，建立标准化机制、流程规范与运营指标体系，并推动策略落地； 5、具备较强的数据分析与问题诊断能力，可通过履约数据、售后数据、商家反馈、用户投诉及服务质量指标识别业务问题，拆解原因并推动策略、流程和机制的持续优化； 6、具备出色的沟通协调、项目管理、资源整合能力，能够有效联动多部门推动复杂项目落地；对服务体验、履约效率与售后治理趋势敏感，具备较强的问题拆解、方案设计与落地推动能力，能够持续优化售后履约服务模式。
