1、针对品牌商家，结合平台经营目标，制定运营手段、资源投入、设计产品功能等帮助品牌生态得到正向发展，实现大盘业务整体增长，协同各国各协作部门完成上述策略落地； 2、熟悉品牌方内部经营方法论和决策流程，能根据品牌方诉求，与业务团队合作优化平台对品牌方所提供的权益，以及对应的平台目标（包括但不限于品牌年框类政策）； 3、深入理解用户在品牌商家/商品上的浏览、购买与决策路径，优化平台对购买品牌商品用户所提供的权益，优化品牌首页信息框架与内容呈现，提升体验与用户满意度，强化用户对品牌/阵地的认知与习惯，通过数据洞察、用户反馈和业务反馈，识别核心问题，并协同产品、运营等团队推动迭代优化； 4、洞察行业趋势与市场动态，结合平台特色，不断更新对于品牌商家运营、品牌商家/用户权益设计、品牌首页规划等的策略设计。

1、3年以上电商策略相关经验，兼具行业或商家运营经验优先；或电商相关战略或咨询背景； 2、沟通协调能力强，能够调动和配合不同业务团队工作； 3、具备数据分析能力，具备出色的信息收集及整合能力，独立分析指标、输出整体需求方案，并推动分步落地； 4、英语无障碍沟通。
