1、负责独立APP/端的大促规划与经营策略，结合业务目标、市场节奏和用户需求，设计活动节奏、玩法、货品组织、资源分配及关键指标； 2、将GMV、订单、买家、转化率、客单价等目标拆解到场域、行业、商家和商品层级，搭建监控与复盘机制，及时识别问题并推动策略调整； 3、围绕大促目标制定商家分层、招募、激励和参与策略，推动商家、品牌及高潜商家提升活动参与深度与供给投入，规划大促货盘结构，识别爆品、趋势品、价格力商品及差异化供给机会，推动货品数量、质量、价格与库存满足活动需求； 4、结合商家经营诉求，设计报名门槛、价格机制、补贴规则、流量权益和激励政策，平衡增长规模、商家体验与投入产出； 5、与产品、行业运营、商家运营、营销、数据、治理及履约等团队协作，明确里程碑、责任人和风险预案，保障大促按计划上线； 6、复盘活动与供给表现，沉淀可复制的方法、工具和运营机制，持续提升大促效率及日常供给健康度。

1、本科及以上学历，4年及以上电商运营工作经验； 2、有促销活动或复杂经营项目经验，能够独立完成策略制定、目标拆解、项目推进和复盘迭代； 3、理解电商经营逻辑，对商家分层、商品结构、价格力、库存、流量和转化之间的关系有较强判断； 4、具备良好的数据分析能力，能够从业务数据中发现问题、形成假设并推动行动； 5、目标感强，具备较强的负责人意识，能在协作链路长的环境中推进复杂项目并交付结果； 6、具备优秀的沟通与协同能力，能够与跨职能、跨区域团队建立清晰高效的合作机制；英语可作为工作语言，熟练使用SQL或数据分析工具者优先。
