1、商家规模化孵化策略设计：围绕TikTok Shop日本市场商家成长路径，设计不同阶段商家的分层运营策略，包括新商家冷启动、潜力商家升级、成熟商家持续增长等，搭建商家成长模型和运营机制，推动商家从入驻、上品、动销到更高经营层级的转化； 2、关键指标提升与项目推进：负责商家规模孵化相关指标，包括但不限于新增可售商家、入驻商家、T2+商家、直播活跃商家、任务完成率等，基于业务目标拆解阶段性增长策略，制定项目计划、运营节奏和落地路径，并持续追踪结果； 3、商家任务与激励机制运营：设计并优化Seller Mission、商家任务体系、成长激励、运营活动等机制，提升商家活跃度和经营效率，结合商家不同经营阶段，制定差异化任务、权益和资源扶持方案，推动商家完成关键动作； 4、数据分析与业务诊断：通过数据看板、商家分层、漏斗分析和cohort分析，识别商家成长过程中的关键卡点，定期输出业务诊断、策略复盘和优化建议，推动团队基于数据进行决策和资源配置； 5、跨团队协同落地：与招商、商家运营、产品、数据、治理、物流、内容生态等团队紧密合作，推动策略从设计到执行闭环，协调内部资源，解决商家孵化过程中的产品、流程、规则和体验问题。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上电商平台、内容电商、商家运营、策略运营、增长运营或平台招商相关经验优先； 2、具备较强的数据分析能力，能够通过数据发现问题、拆解目标、制定策略并推动落地； 3、熟悉商家生命周期运营、商家分层、任务激励、成长体系或平台治理机制者优先； 4、具备优秀的项目管理和跨团队协作能力，能够在复杂业务环境中推动多方达成一致并拿到结果； 5、具备较强的结构化思考能力和业务敏感度，能够将复杂问题拆解为清晰的策略和执行动作； 6、对日本市场、电商生态、内容电商或跨境/本地商家经营有兴趣，有日本市场相关经验或日语能力者优先；英语可作为工作语言，有跨国团队协作经验者优先。
