1、负责TikTok Shop美妆护肤类目重点商家的全链路管理，包括商家拓展、入驻、孵化及长期业务发展，拓展并孵化品牌方、总代、经销商及重点商家，制定可规模化的增长策略，推动新入驻及潜力商家成长为类目重点商家，独立主导业务洽谈、招商宣讲、商业谈判及绩效复盘，维护强客情关系，确保高质量服务与长期战略合作； 2、深度分析业务表现、市场趋势、竞争格局、消费者需求、大促活动效果及运营指标，挖掘增长机会与潜在风险，输出可落地的业务指导建议； 3、与活动大促、达人/机构、商业化广告、物流、客户体验及商务等团队紧密协作，争取内部资源，高效推动商家及类目增长项目落地； 4、监控并优化商家履约及服务质量等核心运营指标，包括订单取消率、退货率、发货时效、客户满意度及整体平台消费者体验，提升商家转化效率； 5、支持内部业务复盘、商家招商宣讲及商业提案，使用Excel及PowerPoint完成数据分析、汇报及商业展示材料。

1、本科及以上学历，或具备同等实践经验； 2、3年以上电商运营工作经验，熟悉美妆行业格局、消费者趋势及竞争环境，有美妆类目经验者优先； 3、具备独立操盘和管理品牌、重点商家或大客户的成功经验，拥有敏锐的商业感知和业务洞察力，具备品牌商家或重点商家管理经验者优先； 4、出色的数据分析能力，能够解读业务数据、挖掘机会点，并制定切实可行的增长策略； 5、熟练使用Excel及PowerPoint，能够独立完成业务分析、数据报告、商家提案及内部复盘材料； 6、能够适应高度协作的工作环境，具备多线程并行任务处理和跨团队协调能力。
