1、分析平台商品及半托管商品销售趋势，识别在TikTok Shop上具有较强增长潜力的重点商品，以及亟待改善的运营短板； 2、根据达人、活动、广告运营等增长团队需求制定商品组合策略，比如联盟短视频货盘、直播货盘、AIGC视频特色货盘，差异化输出对应增长货盘定义和选品策略，独立完成货盘的业务指标效果评估； 3、与商家策略团队、行业团队合作，推动增长侧重点供给丰富度提升，并提出有针对性的举措，提升商品的供给充足度与市场竞争力； 4、与产品、数据团队开展跨团队协作，通过规模化选品机制的标签建设，提升选品效率，同时实现可视化追踪货盘效果和结果数据； 5、持续监测商品表现和市场趋势，不断优化商品组合策略，支持业务实现可持续增长。

1、3年及以上电子商务、平台策略、品类管理、供给专项商品策略运营工作经验； 2、具备较强的数据分析能力，并有利用数据识别业务问题、机会的经验，且能形成专业的策略判断和解决方案； 3、能够将英语作为工作语言。

优先条件 1、具有电商平台、零售策略、品类管理或内容电商业务相关经验； 2、了解或具有电商半托管（Semi-Consignment）或全托管（Fully Consignment）模式相关经验； 3、具备较强的商业判断力、商品洞察力和分析能力； 4、自驱力强，具备高度的责任感。
