1、作为活动运营，负责商城和搜索场域大促周期营销玩法运营和迭代；统筹商城玩法功能结合大促资源，完成权益组合、节奏把控与效果复盘，持续优化单玩法效率与多玩法组合效果； 2、聚焦大促商城场域增长，从流量、转化率等维度拆解目标，提升GMV渗透、爆发系数等数据，拿到GMV等关键指标显著收益； 3、负责大促资源统筹运营，全链路保障大促期间资源，包括资源分配，配置与数据监控，复盘资源使用效率； 4、基于玩法和BC端运营需求，结合其他平台经验，判断高优产品能力新增/迭代需求，负责需求整合、BRD，协同相关团队沟通产品研发，推动需求落地。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上电商运营工作经验，包括至少2年电商活动运营经验； 2、熟悉商城运营逻辑，了解各类电商营销玩法的落地逻辑，具备玩法策划、资源统筹、数据复盘的全链路实操能力； 3、具备优秀的数据拆解与业务增长思维，能够基于GMV目标拆解细分指标，通过玩法组合、权益优化、资源调配实现业务增量； 4、具备基础产品思维，可结合业务运营痛点梳理产品迭代需求，高效联动产品、研发、业务多团队推进项目落地，把控需求落地质量与进度； 5、具备商城场域/产品运营经验优先。
