日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、数据分析与策略优化：负责巴西标品行业（电子、家居、汽摩配、图书）的行业运营支持相关工作，定期跟踪巴西市场标品行业核心运营指标，开展数据整理与分析，主动识别问题与增长机会，为业务策略优化及迭代提供有力支持； 2、营销活动运营：负责规模商家营销活动的配置与执行，协助商家准确理解活动规则，提升报名率等关键指标，同时持续监测活动表现，基于数据反馈不断优化运营方案，助力目标达成； 3、项目推进与专项支持：结合巴西标品行业特性，参与并推进各类重点项目实施，包括激励机制、大促活动、商品策略、广告投放及商家培训等，提升项目执行效率与效果； 4、跨团队协作与资源整合：与行业经理及相关团队保持紧密配合，发挥良好的沟通与协调能力，整合多方资源，促进跨部门协同，高效推进各项工作的实施与结果产出。

1、本科及以上学历在读，商科、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、有互联网运营/电商/咨询/快消等相关实习经验优先； 3、每周至少可实习4天，需保证至少6个月实习时间，能快速到岗； 4、熟练使用Excel，熟悉常用数据统计和分析方法；能使用SQL、Python优先； 5、良好的逻辑思维能力、业务解读能力和快速学习能力，良好的自驱力、沟通能力和团队合作精神； 6、英文写作和口语流利，可以使用英文作为工作语言。
