1、负责墨西哥电商头部MCN机构的管理及日常运营工作，与重点MCN机构保持良好的合作关系，并能够高效开展各项业务； 2、挖掘、建联和维护电商内容创作者机构，制定机构的运营策略和政策，有效激励机构及所属内容创作者的拉新、活跃、动销等核心指标，为机构总体内容创作者规模、GMV、生态结构负责； 3、了解电商生态，熟悉MCN机构的现状及玩法，对MCN机构实际的商业化变现模式有自己的见解； 4、了解直播行业的整体发展趋势，及时、准确地研究分析市场的运营动态，并提出相应的应对措施。

1、有电商服务商或机构、达人运营经验，具备国际化电商或国际化工作生活经验优先，英语可作为工作语言（要求具备良好的听、说、读、写能力），熟悉西班牙语者优先； 2、了解电商创作者生态，有国内或者国际MCN运营或团长运营经验者优先； 3、熟悉机构生态，理解机构经营逻辑； 4、自驱力强，具备逻辑化、结构化策略思考能力，能够推动跨部门、跨业务线的合作，目标导向； 5、具备较强的责任心、进取心，人品正直，具有开拓精神； 6、愿意长期出差墨西哥。
