1、分析TikTok Shop场景下常用的应用架构模式，提炼出高可用、强一致的分布式系统组件，为业务提供坚实的基础服务； 2、主导或参与基础组件及其控制面的系统设计、技术文档撰写、代码开发、自动化测试、持续集成部署，以及日常维护工作； 3、支持包括大促在内的各类电商运营活动，为活动的高并发、突发流量等场景提供系统稳定性解决方案。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上研发工作经验，有良好的数据结构和算法基础； 2、熟练掌握至少一门服务端开发语言如Golang/Java/C++/Python/Rust等，熟悉常用中间件MySQL/Redis/MQ等； 3、熟悉常见网络协议，了解常见的数据编解码方案的基本原理，有RPC/Proxy等网络组件开发经验者优先； 4、熟悉Kubernetes相关概念和系统原理，有系统组件开发经验者优先，包括但不限于对账引擎/Operator/Cache/MQ/调度引擎等； 5、具备较强的问题分析与解决能力，能够解决复杂的系统问题； 6、热爱技术，有较强的学习能力和责任心，有强烈的求知欲和进取心，能及时关注和学习业界最新技术。
