1、深度参与推荐Debug平台的架构设计与升级，提升系统的灵活性、可扩展性与问题定位效率，支撑全球多国家、多业务场景下的推荐链路诊断需求； 2、打通召回、排序、重排、曝光、点击和转化等全链路数据，建设一站式用户行为序列查询与可视化还原能力，帮助产品、算法和研发快速复现用户体验、定位推荐问题； 3、建设推荐流量监控与异常诊断体系，通过埋点数据、链路日志和转化漏斗分析，及时发现流量、策略及模型异常，并推动问题归因、修复和效果验证形成闭环； 4、支撑推荐模型及策略的评估体系建设，包括样本构建、人工评估、自动化评测和结果分析；探索大模型在评估、异常归因、链路分析及自动化Debug等场景的应用。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业背景； 2、具备扎实的编程功底和系统设计能力，有数据查询、日志分析、链路追踪或可观测平台建设经验； 3、具备较强的业务理解能力，能够深入理解推荐系统从召回、排序到曝光和转化的完整链路，从全局视角识别体验和效率问题，并规划平台的中长期技术演进方向； 4、具备高度的数据敏锐度，能够围绕用户行为序列、业务指标和转化漏斗进行深度下钻，完成异常发现、问题归因与优化效果验证； 5、具备良好的组织与沟通能力，能够联动产品、算法、数据和运营等多方资源，推动复杂问题解决及平台能力落地。
