1、活动管理：负责美国平台大促运营和管理，作为活动管理PM，建立系统化的平台大促活动定位、目标、预算规划、核心策略、运营动作、协同机制等拆解逻辑，推进活动落地和目标达成； 2、跨团队协同：负责与核心协作团队（包括行业、UG、营销产品等）建立完善的沟通协作机制，保障各部门高效协同并推进完成目标； 3、活动风险把控：负责建立活动前、中、后关键过程指标监控和优化机制，风险判断和前置预警，对活动中突发情况能快速应对并及时做出判断和调整； 4、数据分析&策略：快速基于每场活动复盘发现问题并制定解决方案，提升活动指标和运营效率，持续做好活动玩法迭代和协作机制沉淀。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上电商平台大促活动管理、活动策略运营相关经验，有国际电商/内容电商经验优先； 2、较好的策略思考和结构化分析能力，数据敏锐度高，能够快速识别关键问题并制定和推进解决方案落地； 3、较强的跨团队沟通协作和项目推动力，能够在复杂协作环境下推动项目落地，有较强的学习能力和自驱力； 4、基本的英语听说读写能力。
