1、针对东南亚电商业务发展的不同阶段，基于前台业务及物流团队规划，主动发掘物流体验优化机会点，制定东南亚六国物流体验通用横向解决方案以及实施路线，并基于各国物流业务现状，与本地物流运营协作，对横向通用方案进行定制化改造，以适配本国业务需求，保障方案落地性，推动业务目标达标； 2、物流体验方案涉及领域：物流服务产品拓展（如次日达、小时达、自提驿站等）、行业物流解决方案如生鲜、水果、大件（含安装）、发货体验提升如商家分仓/认证仓发解决方案、配送体验如超时/丢失/破损/虚假签收问题解决等； 3、独立负责物流体验多个领域的电商物流体验项目，作为项目负责人，独立负责电商物流体验项目，协同内部团队如行业、UG、治理、产品研发、运营及外部物流服务商，获得相关方支持并整合各方资源推动项目落地； 4、能提前预判项目推进中可能出现的资源短缺、需求变更、执行偏差等风险，制定针对性的风险应对预案，规避或降低风险对项目的影响；能够聚焦项目结果，推动项目达成预设目标，并在项目结束后，系统沉淀项目经验、复盘问题与改进方向，形成可复用的项目方法论，为后续同类项目提供参考。

1、本科及以上学历，供应链、物流管理、工业工程等相关专业，具有电商平台、传统快消供应链管理经验者优先； 2、熟练使用英语沟通，能够与来自多个地区的利益相关者进行沟通与协调； 3、数据驱动，贴近业务一线，基于实践和理论经验，发现问题、分析问题并提出可行解决方案； 4、具备丰富的项目管理能力，较强的学习能力、逻辑分析能力与沟通能力，结果导向，具备责任意识； 5、5年以上电商物流经验，带领过跨部门级重点项目； 6、工作地点可选上海、北京、深圳、杭州，无长期国际化派驻要求，但涉及国内外短期差旅。
