1、负责售后体验与服务相关问题挖掘与分析，制定售后体验优化策略与目标设计，推进体验提升；通过用户调研、CPO等信号进行用户声音收集与分析，总结概括当前用户最大痛点，制定优化方案；跟踪售后全流程数据（如NPS/用户满意度CSAT、售后时长等），识别买家、卖家在售后阶段的体验痛点，制定优化方案并推动落地，持续提升相关售后体验； 2、联动产品、研发、客服等团队，推动售后相关产品功能迭代（如售后UI优化、售后规则优化、帮助中心优化等），将用户体验需求转化为具体产品改进方案； 3、对标行业售后体验管理实践，市场调研行业先进模式，结合平台实际情况引入并落地，打造差异化售后体验优势；根据用户声音、行业惯例、现有业务问题不断推进现有售后规则、条例的优化与市场化，制定符合东南亚市场特征的售后规则。

1、本科及以上学历，电子商务、市场营销、工商管理等相关专业优先； 2、5年以上电商平台售后、服务管理经验，熟悉电商平台售后与服务相关规则，拥有丰富的大模型应用项目经验； 3、能通过数据挖掘售后、服务问题根源，具备较强逻辑思维能力，制定可落地的优化方案； 4、以用户为中心，能敏锐捕捉用户售后和服务体验痛点，具备将用户需求转化为具体解决方案的能力。
