1、负责区域治理产品的长期规划与路线图，覆盖商家准入与账户健康、商品发布与资质合规、内容治理、处罚申诉及治理体验等关键场景； 2、深入理解所负责区域的业务阶段、用户与商家痛点、和风险特征，将区域差异转化为清晰的产品策略与优先级； 3、建设可配置、可复用的平台化治理能力，明确全球共性能力与区域合理差异，支持多国家、多业务形态的快速复制与持续迭代； 4、围绕治理效果与体验建立指标体系，通过数据分析、用户反馈、案例研究和实验机制，持续提升风险识别、处置准确性、商家体验与运营效率； 5、协同研发、算法、数据、政策、法务、运营及区域业务团队，推动从问题定义、方案设计到上线、GTM、效果复盘的端到端交付，并负责团队目标、人才发展与组织协同，建立高质量的产品决策和项目推进机制。

1、本科及以上学历，具备丰富的产品经验，以及复杂平台产品或B端产品的规划和落地经验； 2、对商家、商品、交易或平台治理场景有较强理解，能够兼顾业务目标、用户体验、平台规则与风险控制； 3、出色的结构化思考、问题抽象和数据分析能力，能在信息不完整和高度不确定的环境中做出高质量判断； 4、优秀的跨团队协作与影响力，能够推动多方在复杂议题上形成共识并持续交付；具备团队管理与人才培养经验；中英文沟通流利，能够胜任全球化工作环境； 5、具备电商治理、平台风控、信任与安全、合规产品或内容治理经验者优先；有跨区域产品、国际化平台或新市场从0到1建设经验者优先； 6、对AI、自动化和数据能力在治理场景中的应用有实践经验或深入理解者优先。
