1、熟练掌握至少一种服务端的主流编程语言、框架及相关生态（如C/C++/PHP/Java/Golang等），有较强的架构能力和良好的代码规范； 2、具备分析和解决复杂技术问题的能力，有提升系统的性能和稳定性等相关经验； 3、熟悉MySQL的特性并了解常用的SQL优化技巧，熟悉Redis、Memcached、TiDB等NoSQL技术，有系统设计和开发经验者优先； 4、理解常规的架构设计思想，包括但不限于服务化、异步、高可用、可扩展等，有系统性解决问题的思维，有良好的抽象化思维能力和领域建模能力； 5、关注软硬件结合的物流场景（如自动化设备、机器人等），探索技术与业务的结合点，推动创新方案落地，具备AI工具的使用经验，能够借助AI提升研发与问题解决效率； 6、对软硬件结合的场景有兴趣，有嵌入式、客户端、机器人等领域相关经验者优先。
