日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、行业策略支持：协助行业负责人开展行业趋势调研与产品分析，基于平台数据与外部洞察，协助制定阶段性招商策略与重点商家画像，为行业策略决策提供数据支撑； 2、行业活动策划与执行：参与行业促销活动及品牌活动的策划与落地，协同商家理解活动规则，提升关键指标（如报名率、活动GMV），并协助推进活动复盘与方法论沉淀； 3、跨部门项目协同：与营销、达人、产品等中台团队紧密对接，推动跨部门项目高效落地，跟进项目进度并及时暴露问题； 4、目标管理与数据分析：通过追踪核心经营指标，帮助团队实时把控目标完成情况，针对指标异常的商家或行业，给出清晰的归因分析与改进建议； 5、知识库与效率建设：积累和沉淀行业运营经验，整理通用流程与规范，持续为团队知识库贡献内容，提升团队整体协作效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读，市场营销、电商、商科、数据分析等相关专业优先； 2、具备较强的逻辑思维和结构化表达能力，善于从行业视角和平台视角综合思考问题； 3、具有较强的数据敏感度，能在Mentor指导下拆解关键指标，并形成可落地的改进建议； 4、具备一定的项目管理与跨部门协作意识，结果导向，能有效推动事项落地； 5、英语六级及以上，可以用英语进行日常工作沟通（含会议、邮件、文档）； 6、可实习时间不少于6个月，每周不低于4天，期间工作投入度高。
