日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、大促活动运营：协助执行大促招商策略，如筛选商品、配置后台活动、校验和维护商家信息，跟进活动数据，对数据变化进行初步分析，协助调整和落地运营动作； 2、库存管理支持：协助落地库存管理策略，如根据规则筛选重点商品，配置库存活动和优惠券，跟进各业务方目标的完成情况，监控重点商品的库存情况，预警缺货风险； 3、数据分析与效率提升：负责日常活动数据的整理和维护，协助完成活动和项目的复盘分析，鼓励使用公司内部的AI工具，搭建自动化的数据看板，以提升分析效率； 4、产品和系统优化：收集和整理来自商家和内部团队的反馈，基于这些反馈，协助推动相关产品和系统的优化。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、熟练使用Excel，会使用SQL进行基本的数据查询和提取； 3、有良好的逻辑思维和数据分析能力，能快速学习使用新的后台系统； 4、我们希望你对AI工具有好奇心，并愿意学习使用它们来简化和优化自己的日常工作； 5、有良好的自驱力、沟通能力和团队合作精神； 6、可以使用英文作为工作语言，工作地点在深圳，能保证至少5-6个月的全职实习时间。
