1、负责全球物流网络质量管理体系建设，建立全球物流网络质量标准、评价指标和管理机制，持续监控履约表现，推动服务质量、网络稳定性和客户体验提升； 2、负责全球物流路由策略与运营规则管理，建设和优化物流路由管理体系，包括运输链路设计、配送策略、节点协同、资源匹配和异常调整机制，提升物流网络运行效率； 3、负责物流运营问题分析与持续改善，深入业务现场和运营一线，识别物流网络中的关键问题，通过数据分析、流程优化和资源协调推动问题闭环，提升整体运营表现； 4、推动物流流程与系统能力落地，将质量管理要求、路由策略和运营最佳实践转化为流程规范和系统能力，与产品、技术及区域运营团队协作，推动全球范围应用； 5、负责重点物流优化项目推进，主导跨区域物流改善项目，从问题定义、方案制定、实施跟进到效果评估，确保优化措施产生实际业务价值。

1、物流业务与行业经验，本科及以上学历，具备5年以上物流运营、运输管理、供应链管理或物流系统相关经验；有全球物流、跨境物流、电商履约经验者优先； 2、质量管理与改善能力，具备物流质量体系建设或运营改善经验，能够通过指标管理、问题分析和流程优化持续提升业务表现； 3、路由管理与业务规则能力，具备运输策略、路由规则、资源配置或物流运营策略设计经验，能够根据业务变化制定合理的运营方案； 4、项目推动与组织协同能力，具备复杂项目管理经验，能够协调业务、技术、供应商和区域团队，推动跨团队事项有效落地； 5、数据分析与业务判断能力，具备较强的数据敏感度，能够利用数据发现运营问题、分析原因并支持业务决策。
