1、面向东南亚电商的商家侧与平台侧增长，通过自动化、规模化、个性化、实时化的算法决策驱动GMV Uplift与补贴钱效（mROAS）提升； 2、负责智能经营方向的算法建设：基于有监督学习的选品预测与商品潜力评估、基于因果推断与价格弹性建模的商品定价、基于LLMs的商家经营诊断与动作建议生成，以及联盟撮合（达人与商品的双边匹配、佣金率建议与带货效果预估），推动平台从「引导商家用工具」转向「平台托管商家经营」； 3、负责商家营销方向的算法建设：动态佣金机制设计、千人千券的个性化补贴分配、营销工具推荐与营销诊断，在预算与ROI约束下实现平台GMV、平台收入与商家GMV的多目标平衡； 4、负责商城玩法方向的算法建设：砍价裂变、多人团、砸金蛋、Bonus与会员券包等玩法的数值策略寻优、激励任务设计与人群/商品圈选，把依赖运营经验的规则策略升级为可持续产生增量的自动化能力； 5、综合运用因果推断、Uplift建模、约束优化、时间序列预测与表征学习等方法，完成从问题定义、策略设计、AB实验设计到线上收益归因的端到端闭环； 6、沉淀可复用的通用解决方案与算法框架，在单一区域打透后快速适配并复制到东南亚多个国家与品类，与产品、运营、数据智能DS及算法工程团队紧密协作推动落地。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、统计、数学、运筹或数据挖掘等相关专业优先； 2、具备海量原始数据上的特征工程经验，例如商家、商品、用户或交易行为的画像构建； 3、扎实的数据结构与算法基础，熟练掌握并有实际落地经验的机器学习模型，如GBDT、逻辑回归、聚类等； 4、有因果推断、Uplift建模、价格弹性、运筹优化或强化学习相关经验者优先，具备严谨的实验设计与收益归因意识，熟悉电商相关领域者加分，如LLMs与Agent应用、营销与补贴、搜索/广告/个性化推荐、供给增长等方向； 5、良好的工程能力，熟练使用Python、Spark及TensorFlow/PyTorch等深度学习框架； 6、结果导向、业务导向，具备主动学习意愿和跨团队协作推动能力，能在复杂多变的国际化业务环境中独立拆解问题。
