1、本科及以上学历，3-5年以上电商大促运营、PMO或商业分析经验； 2、较强的数据分析能力，对电商核心指标有深刻理解，能从数据中发现问题并提出解决方案； 3、出色的跨部门沟通和资源整合能力，具备成熟的项目管理方法论，对大促节奏感和风险控制判断敏锐，能独立建立SOP，协同算法、研发、业务等多方团队推动业务发展； 4、英语可作为工作语言。
