1、负责全球售卖物流的全链路产品解决方案设计，覆盖新开国方案评估、产品方案设计、服务商接入、实包测试和上线交付，对开国项目产品交付结果负责； 2、面向各区域市场，结合不同国家的物流网络、服务商能力、消费者体验和商家履约诉求，完成产品摸盘、市场调研和本地化产品方案设计； 3、支持存量市场物流精细化运营，围绕物流拆段、多种承运模式支持、发货国目的国线路整合等场景，设计可复用、可扩展的产品解决方案并推动迭代； 4、协同商流物流运营、产品、服务商、算法、治理和研发团队，明确端到端流程、系统边界、接口依赖和上线节奏，推动跨职能方案落地； 5、通过业务数据、服务商履约表现和上线复盘发现产品问题，持续优化跨境物流链路的稳定性、成本效率、时效表达和履约体验，支持全球售卖业务拓展。

1、本科及以上学历，具备5年及以上物流产品、履约产品、跨境电商产品或解决方案产品经验，有跨境、国际化本地物流、服务商平台或电商履约经验者优先； 2、理解电商交易、履约、物流、售后链路，能够从商家、消费者、服务商和平台运营视角识别问题，并转化为清晰的端到端产品方案； 3、具备较强的结构化思考和项目推进能力，能在多国家、多业务模式、多团队协同场景下拆解复杂问题，推动方案评审、排期、研发上线和结果验收； 4、具备数据分析能力和目标驱动力，能基于时效、轨迹、服务商履约、异常率等指标判断产品机会，并持续推动产品升级； 5、具备良好的沟通表达和英文听说读写能力，能与国际化业务、运营、服务商及跨职能团队高效协作；有创新意识和主动推动复杂问题解决的经验。
